We meter A/B silicone at the printhead, mix it in a disposable static mixer, and lock each layer with active thermal curing.

True LSR parts with dependable Shore‑A hardness, tear resistance, and heat/chemical durability that TPU and resin elastomers can’t match.

Tactile Printed Parts

Unlike TPU filaments or flexible resins, printed parts are genuine silicone rubber. That means stable Shore‑A hardness, excellent tear resistance, and biostable properties typical of molded silicone grades.
