Employee Disposal Program: Team Building, But Better

Get ready for a hilariously brutal party card game (with the dashing theme of modern corporate misery. Because where else do we all fake competence for 8 hours a day?). Throw coworkers under the bus, hit them with corporate jargon, and cling on to your last scrap of sanity.

Corporate Misery, Now in Card Form

Get together with colleagues and friends for a simple, fast-paced, and hilariously brutal party game inspired by life’s most unfortunate, soul-crushing phenomena: corporate life.

Those endless meetings, office jargon, and passive-aggressive emails are now your strongest weapons. Use them wisely.

Oh No, it’s Monday Morning

Welcome to the office. You and your “coworkers” start the game with 2 Sanity Cards. They're fragile, just like your mental health. You also get 5 random action cards drawn from the deck of workplace horrors.

The cards are shuffled. Your coworkers are side-eyed. Everyone is ready to go.

Get Started in Less than 1 Minute

No rulebooks the size of onboarding manuals. The Disposal Program takes less than a minute to set up and is easier to grasp than pretending to understand your manager’s strategic roadmap.

Shuffle the deck, deal the cards, and the trauma will explain itself.

*For every card you play, draw one new one.

Attack

Play attack cards like “Mandatory Drowning Team Building”, “Micromanager Susan” and “Corporate Jargon” to destroy your coworkers’ sanity, one meltdown at a time.
Get Started in Less than 1 Minute

Defend

Block or redirect attacks with brutally accurate defence cards like “Blame the Intern” and "Black History Month Immunity", or twist the game with insane ability cards.

Win

Keep your sanity intact! Be the last one still holding Sanity cards to win the game. That’s it. That’s the job.

And Let the Corporate Bloodbath Begin

The most useless employee goes first (you know who it is)!

On your turn, draw a card and fire off the chaos. Turn “Micromanager Susan” into an HR-grade missile, blast your opponent’s sanity, and pray they can’t block or redirect it.

And Let the Corporate Bloodbath Begin

They're Coming for You Next

Someone attacks you with a “Mandatory Team Lunch”. You’re about to lose your sanity… UNLESS you find the perfect excuse:

You slap down your defense card: “Out of Office”.

Not today, Susan.

Now It’s Personal

Use ability cards to change the entire dynamic of the game!

Swap hands, force confessions, nuke the plan everyone was proud of five seconds ago, and way more. It honestly feels a little unfair. But that’s exactly why they exist.

Use them wisely… or don’t.  Just make sure you're not the one who gets blindsided next.

You Thought You Were Safe…

But then Karen from HR walks in. They get to see your entire hand. You curse under your breath. You’re holding “Quiet Quitting” and “Colorblind Landmine”. Cards that could’ve saved you. Now they know. And they’re coming for you.

What did we tell you about not getting blindsided next?

Time to Go Nuclear

Sanity’s hanging by a thread. You’re one attack away from getting fired. It’s dire times like this when you have no choice but to use your most powerful card:

The Super Ability Card.

Rare. Brutal. Usually unfair. Always satisfying.

“Intern Deleted Everything” resets the entire game in one play.
“Mass Layoffs” forces all players to discard.

“Cost-of-Living Crisis” lets you steal half the table’s cards.

Or… Gain Some Sanity

Pulled “Promoted to Middle Management”? Congrats. You just gained a Sanity Card! Now you get to spend the next few turns relaxing while pretending to look busy.

Or… Gain Some Sanity

One by One, They’re Eliminated

Susan? Gone. Dave? Quit. Tom? Fired.

With every round, coworkers are dropping like flies. Attacks get nastier. Defenses more desperate. Alliances form and crumble. HR is in flames. IT is crying. The intern is still missing.

Only two of you remain.

One by One, They’re Eliminated

The Final Showdown

It’s just you and one other poor bastard now. You draw your card. “Mandatory Training Module”. You lock eyes with the last player. “Remember when you scheduled that mandatory team lunch?” you whisper. They panic. No defenses left.

You play the card. Their final Sanity slips away.
Sorry Peter, I had no choice.

Congratulations. You win.

Everyone else lost their sanity. You’re the last one standing, having masterfully avoided responsibility, redirected blame, and held on long enough to watch the rest crumble.

It’s lonely at the office… but at least it’s quiet. Congratulations on your victory.

Based on Real Stories

Every card in this game is based on real workplace stories. That’s why it hits so hard, and bonds players so fast. This goes beyond being a card game. This is corporate catharsis, and it’s damn hilarious.
