SipaBoards brings over a decade of expertise in air-pressurised marine structures to AirFrame™ - its own patent-pending invention. A single continuous load-bearing structure, it is heat-welded and structurally bonded. Air handles compression while the fabric handles tension, spreading pressure across the entire form instead of concentrating it at joints. With almost no separate parts, AirFrame™ eliminates weak points and delivers exceptional comfort and durability.

Rocks, Sand, Soil, Wet, Jagged, Hot or Cold

Most inflatable seating is built from material chosen for cost, not for years outdoors. The SipaSeat is not. It is a coated technical textile: woven high-tenacity polyester, reinforced with a polyester scrim, sealed with PVC on both faces, finished with a UV and abrasion-resistant surface. It belongs to the same family of material as rigid inflatable boats and professional rescue craft.

Ten years of building high-pressure products went into how this is assembled. Every AirFrame™ is heat-welded and structurally bonded into a single continuous load-bearing structure. No poles. No hinges. No rust. Pressure spreads across the whole form instead of loading a joint, so there is almost nothing left that can fail. This is your portable outdoor lounge.
