Set the sharpening head to 30° or 45° with the adjustment pin to match your blade's edge — and Vulcobot presses a 2" ceramic disc into the blade at 3,500 RPM, sharpens the full bevel, and gives every edge the same consistent pass to keep your blades fully balanced.

This wasn't our first Vulcobot. Our first prototype proved a robot could sharpen mower blades without removing them. The next one refined the design. 
For this version, we rebuilt the sharpening mechanism to be shorter and more efficient, allowing it to fit under more mowers with room to spare and sharpen the full blade bevel.
We tested it under mowers from different brands and in real-world spots, from cramped garages to open trailers. What you're seeing now is what all of that work got us to.
